Losing weight is harder than it looks. I think that is the lesson to be learend. Yesterday I was really having a low arround 2 p.m. It was so bad, that I had to lay down for 2 hours.
Anyway. I stayed under 3,400 kcal, which is always a minimalistic goal. In the last 3 days I avaraged at 2,756 kcal which is an encouraging result for three days. I want to continue, but am now in a difficult position as of this writing I am already at 2,174 kcal. It’s 5 p.m. Can I survive with less than 3,400 kcal? Can I maybe break the cycle and stay under 2,800 kcal today?

My weight is slightly increased, but that doesn’t worry me much, as it is normal to have up to 2 kg changes per day due to water gain or loss.
